Name Change
The partners of KGLC, Lanese & Associates, and Mercurio & Bridgford, are proud to announce our new name, Cohen Florida, an affiliate of Cohen & Company, resulting from the recent merger of our combined organizations. Our former firms have worked closely with one another over the past year after a successful partnership with Cohen & Company.
As expected, this partnership has proven to be extremely valuable for our organizations. The next logical step was to transition to a new name and logo to solidify these relationships further and provide a platform for future growth. The creation of “Cohen Florida” confirms this partnership and unites the three offices under a common name.
We are well aware that a name change is a significant step for both our valued clients and our loyal employees. We assure you that although we have a new name, what we do and who we are remains the same. Our client's service teams will continue to be led by the same set of highly committed professionals who are passionate about what they do and who fully embrace the company’s new name.
